Content’s a delightful evocation of wanderlust in our current wonder-lost dreamscape. Reminded of this last night by the archetypal architecture of the subterranean non-place at King’s Place. The second – for all the wariness of the proliferation of media coverage of Detroit, that, if it’s to be believed, makes it the Capital of Ruins of the 21st century – includes some incredible footage of a post-industrial landscape that’s enough to sate the desire for a crumbling techno-aesthetic of a Stalker fan.
